Suvizumab  (Synonyms: 舒维组单抗; KD-247)

Suvizumab (KD-247) is an neutralizing antibody anti-HIV-1. Suvizumab effectively neutralizes HIV-1_MN, HIV-1_SF2 and HIV-1_89.6 with IC₅₀ values of 0.1 µg/mL, 1.0 µg/mL and 0.2 µg/mL, respectively. Suvizumab reduces the viral load of HIV. Suvizumab has good tolerance and can be used to prevent HIV infection^[1][2].
