Tyr-W-MIF-1 

Tyr-W-MIF-1 is an opioid tetrapeptide with opiate and antiopiate activity. Tyr-W-MIF-1 can induce analgesia^[1][2][5].

Tyr-W-MIF-1 (1-10 μM) 抑制 LC 神经元的自发放电^[1]。
Tyr-W-MIF-1 减弱 Morphine (3 μM) 诱导的 SH-SY5Y 人神经母细胞瘤细胞中 mu 和 delta 受体的下调^[4]。
Tyr-W-MIF-1 (0.3 μM) 抑制³H-DAMGO (对μ阿片受体有选择性) 与大鼠脑的结合^[5]。
