Vonlerolizumab (Pogalizumab; MOXR 0916) is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting OX40 (CD134). Pogalizumab partially blocks the interaction between OX40 and its natural ligand OX40L upon binding, thereby activating the NF-κB signaling pathway. Pogalizumab enhances T cell activation and proliferation and has shown antitumor activity in mouse models[1].

Animal Model: CT26 colon cancer model established in BALB/c mice and MCA-205 fibrosarcoma model established in C57BL/6 mice[1]
Dosage: 250 μg/dose
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), 2 doses
Result: Delayed the growth of the tumor, but it still progressed eventually.
Significantly prolonged median survival period of mice.
Exhibited the anti-tumor depending on CD4+ T cells and once CD4+ cells was removed, its effect basically disappeared.
