Zidovudine-d₄  (Synonyms: 齐多夫定-d₄; Azidothymidine-d₄; AZT-d₄; ZDV-d₄)

Zidovudine-d₄ is deuterated labeled Zidovudine (HY-17413). Zidovudine is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI), widely used to treat HIV infection. Zidovudine increases CRISPR/Cas9-mediated editing frequency.
