Anti-Mouse 4-1BB/CD137 Antibody (3H3) can effectively activate memory T cells and inhibit tumors by increasing Bcl-xL and granzyme B levels. Anti-Mouse 4-1BB/CD137 Antibody (3H3) can be used for research on cancer such as lymphoma and colon cancer[1][2].

Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 8 and 11
Result: Significantly inhibited tumor growth in 57% of mice.
Animal Model: 1.5×106 CT26hEGFR cells injected female BALB/c mice (6 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 4 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 2 days, for 3 dose
Result: Regressed 91% of mouse tumors and induces long-term immune memory.
Significantly enlarged spleen and liver.
Caused monocyte infiltration and collagen deposition in the liver, pancreas, and lungs.
Significantly increased the levels of IFN-γ, IL-6, and TNF-α.
