Anti-Mouse CD103 Antibody (M290) (T 细胞重建后 1 天给予 1 mg，随后 8 周每周两次，每次 0.5 mg，腹腔注射) 可消除结肠炎模型小鼠中 CD4+CD45RBlow T 细胞对结肠炎的抑制作用[2]。
Anti-Mouse CD103 Antibody (M290) (M290-MC-MMAF, M290 与马来酰亚胺己酰-单甲基奥瑞他汀 F 偶联物) (3 mg/kg，腹腔注射，在第 1、3 和 5 天给药) 可促进糖尿病 C57BL/6 小鼠中胰岛同种异体移植物的存活[3]。

Animal Model: BALB/c islet allografts were transplanted into diabetic C57BL/6 mice[3]
Dosage: 3 mg/kg (M290-MC-MMAF, N290 conjugated with Maleimidocaproyl-monomethyl auristatin F)
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at days 1, 3 and 5
Result: Prolonged islet allograft survival (>60 days).
Revealed that fewer immune cells infiltrated the islet allografts.
Showed more residual islets and an insulin-positive mass in the grafts.
Prevented leukocyte infiltration and increased insulin secretion.
Eliminated the CD8+CD103+ T-cell subpopulation.
Reduced the levels of IL-4, IL-6, and TNF-α.
