Anti-Mouse CD27 Antibody (RM27-3E5) (100 μg，腹腔注射，在第 5、8 和 11 天给药) 与抗 CTLA-4/ PD-1 联合使用可增强 TC-1 肿瘤模型小鼠中的细胞毒性 T 淋巴细胞反应和抗肿瘤免疫[2]。

Animal Model: B16cOVA/B16F1 experimental metastases mice models[1]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, every 3-4 days from day 7
Result: Reduced tumor nodules.
Increased the proportion of OVA257-specific CD8+ T cells.
Increased IFNγ-expressing cells.
Enhanced or sustained IFNγ-production by tumor infiltrating CD8+ T cells and NK1.1+ cells.
Reduced the proportion of FoxP3+ CD4+ T cells.
Animal Model: TC-1 tumor mice models[2]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, daily, companied with anti-CTLA-4/anti-PD-1
Result: Improved cytotoxic T lymphocytes priming and prolonged survival.
Increased cytotoxic T lymphocytes numbers.
