Anti-Mouse CD40L/CD154 Antibody (MR-1) can be used for researches on cancer, inflammation conditions and xenotransplantation such as pancreatic cancer and autoimmune cholangitis[1][2][3].

Animal Model: 1×104 KPC1242 cells injected male C57BL/6J mice (8-12 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 500 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 2 days, from 2 days before tumor inoculation to 12 days after inoculation
Result: Significantly reduced the expression of IFN signaling pathway.
Animal Model: 5XFAD transgenic mice[2]
Dosage: 20 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once daily for 4 days at 1 day before surgery, once a week until the end of the experiment
Result: Extended the survival time of hNSCs to 34 weeks.
Significantly suppressed transplant rejection reaction.
Animal Model: dnTGFβRII mice (3-4 weeks)[3]
Dosage: 25 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 0, 2, 4 and 7 for initial stage, once weekly for maintenance stage
Result: Significantly reduced portal vein inflammation and bile duct injury scores for short-term treatment.
Reduced intrahepatic NKT cells and effector T cells in short-term treatment.
Reduced the levels of IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-17A for short-term treatment.
