Anti-Mouse CXCL9/MIG Antibody (MIG-2F5.5) is an anti-mouse CXCL9/MIG IgG monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse CXCL9/MIG Antibody (MIG-2F5.5) can reduce tumor infiltration of CD8+ cytotoxic T cells (CTLs). Anti-Mouse CXCL9/MIG Antibody (MIG-2F5.5) can prolong the survival of transplanted hearts. Anti-Mouse CXCL9/MIG Antibody (MIG-2F5.5) can be used for researches on immunology and cancer such as prostate cancer[1][2][3].

Anti-Mouse CXCL9/MIG Antibody (MIG-2F5.5) (100 μg，腹腔注射，每 3 天一次，2 剂) 显著减少 mXCL1-V21C/A59C 诱导的 CD8+ 细胞毒性 T 细胞 (CTL) 肿瘤浸润，并部分逆转其在携带 E.G7-OVA 肿瘤或 B16-F10 肿瘤的 C57BL/6 小鼠中的抗肿瘤作用[1]。
Anti-Mouse CXCL9/MIG Antibody (MIG-2F5.5) (200 μg，腹腔注射，每 2 天一次，直至移植物完全停止跳动) 显著延长了移植心脏的存活时间，并抑制了雄性 C57BL/6J 小鼠的 T 细胞活化[2]。
Anti-Mouse CXCL9/MIG Antibody (MIG-2F5.5) (250 μg，腹腔注射，每周两次，持续 2 周) 降低了患有 Tamoxifen (HY-13757A) 诱导的前列腺癌症的雄性 NPK 小鼠中肿瘤干系的比例，并增加了肿瘤旁系的存活率[3]。

Result: Significantly reduced CTLs infiltration in tumors.
Animal Model: Male C57BL/6J mice (8-10 weeks)[2]

Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 2 days until complete cessation of graft beating
Result: Significantly prolonged median survival time.
Significantly reduced the level of acute cellular rejection in transplants.
Significantly reduced the proportion and absolute number of CD44+CXCR3+ effector T cells (CD4+ and CD8+).
Animal Model: Tamoxifen (10.8 mg/40 g, i.g., single dose, at two months of age) induced male NPK mice[3]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice weekly for 2 weeks
Result: Reduced the proportion of stem lines.
Increased the survival of side lines.
Promoted the local invasiveness of stem lines.
