Anti-Mouse IL-21R Antibody (4A9) is a rat-derived IgG2a κ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to mouse IL-21R. Anti-Mouse IL-21R Antibody (4A9) blocks IL-21 signaling. Anti-Mouse IL-21R Antibody (4A9) can be used for the researches of cancer, infection immunology and inflammation, such as psoriasis, hepatocellular carcinoma and C. rodentium infection[1][2][3].

Anti-Mouse IL-21R Antibody (4A9) (200 μg，腹腔注射，每周两次，持续 5 周) 可抑制代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝炎驱动的肝细胞癌小鼠模型中的肿瘤进展[1]。

Anti-Mouse IL-21R Antibody (4A9) (140 μg，腹腔注射，在诱导前 2 天、第 0、1、3 和第 5 天给药) 可减轻咪喹莫特诱导的银屑病小鼠模型中咪喹莫特诱导的银屑病样皮肤损伤[3]。

Animal Model: Metabolic dysfunction associated steatohepatitis-driven hepatocellular carcinoma mice models[1]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, twice a week for 5 weeks
Result: Signifcantly reduced tumorigenesis, spleen and liver weight.
Reduced cyclin D1 (Ccnd1), antigen identifed by monoclonal antibody Ki67 and cyclin dependent kinase 4.
Dramatically reduced lipid accumulation and triglyceride and cholesterol levels in the serum and tumor tissue.
Enhanced cytotoxic CD8+ T lymphocyte activation.
Had fewer IgA+ B cells.
Animal Model: C. rodentium infected micemodels[2]
Dosage: 25 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, every the other day from day 35
Result: Decreased GL7+CD95+ GC B cells in PP, and suppressed total IgA+ B cells and B220+CD138-CD38+IgA+ memory B cells in spleen, PP, and LP.
Decreased B220-CD38-CD138+IgA+ plasma cells.
Animal Model: Imiquimod-induced psoriasis mice models[3]
Dosage: 140 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at days -2, 0, 1, 3, and 5 of induction
Result: Inhibited epidermal thickening.
Significantly reduced accumulation of MDSCs in skin lesions and splenic Th17 cells.
