Anti-Mouse Jagged 2 Antibody (HMJ2-1) is an anti-mouse Jagged 2 IgG monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse Jagged 2 Antibody (HMJ2-1) regulates Treg/Th17 balance through IL-9. Anti-Mouse Jagged 2 Antibody (HMJ2-1) increases Jagged2-Notch signaling through activation of RBP-Jk. Anti-Mouse Jagged 2 Antibody (HMJ2-1) can be used for researches on inflammation conditions and xenotransplantation such as experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE)[1][2][3][4].

Anti-Mouse Jagged 2 Antibody (HMJ2-1) (250 μg，腹腔注射，每 2 天一次共 8 次或每天一次持续 5 天) 可以加重或减轻 MOG35-55 (HY-P3719) 诱导的实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎 (EAE) 的雌性 C57BL/6 小鼠的炎症[3]。
Anti-Mouse Jagged 2 Antibody (HMJ2-1) (250-500 μg，腹腔注射，在第 0、2、4、6、8 和 10 天) 对 C57BL/6 小鼠的移植存活率没有显著影响[4]。

Animal Model: MOG35-55 (50 μg) and CFA (HY-153808) induced female C57BL/6 mice (6-8 weeks)[3]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 2 days for 8 times for the preprocessing group or once daily for 5 days for the synchronous treatment group
Result: Reduced clinical scores and increased Treg/Th17 ratio for the preprocessing group.
Increased clinical score and decreased Treg/Th17 ratio for the synchronous treatment group.
Animal Model: C57BL/6 mice (8-12 weeks)[4]
Dosage: 500 μg for initial dose, 250 μg for subsequent doses
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10
Result: Had no significant impact on the survival of heart transplantation.
