Animal Model: Orthotopic liver transplantation mice models[1]
Dosage: 500 μg/mouse at day 0 and 250 μg/ mouse twice a week during 4 weeks
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection
Result: Inhibited the induction of spontaneous tolerance.
Animal Model: Mice were injected ragweed pollen into the left hind footpad and at the base of the tail[3]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at days 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8
Result: Significantly increased IL-4, IL-5, IL-10, and IL-13 production by splenocytes.
Upregulated specific IgG1 and IgG2a levels.
