Anti-Mouse TCRβ Antibody (HB218) is an anti-mouse TCRβ IgG2b monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse TCRβ Antibody (HB218) can deplete TCRβ+ T cells. Anti-Mouse TCRβ Antibody (HB218) can be used for research on inflammation conditions and cancer such as spontaneous dermatitis and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC)[1][2].

Anti-Mouse TCRβ Antibody (HB218) (100 µg，腹腔注射，每日一次，持续 4 天，然后每 4 天一次，连续 1 个月) 与 CD4 mAb (HY-P990792) 和 CD8 mAb 联用显著延缓了具有自发性皮炎 CD18-/-PL/J N6 小鼠中的疾病的发生[1]。
Anti-Mouse TCRβ Antibody (HB218) (250 µg，腹腔注射，在预防实验的第 0、3 和 12 天，在灭活实验的第 9 和 16 天) 可以耗尽携带 SCC 肿瘤的 HPV38E6E7-FVB 小鼠中的所有 T 细胞[2]。

Animal Model: CD18-/- PL/J N6 mice (5 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 100 µg, combined with CD4 mAb and CD8 mAb
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once daily for 4 days, then once every 4 days for 1 month
Result: Significantly delayed disease occurrence to 23.9 weeks (control group 10.2 weeks).
Reduced the number of TCRβ+ T cells.
Animal Model: 1×106 HPV38 SCC cells injected HPV38E6E7-FVB mice[2]
Dosage: 250 µg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 0, 3 and 12 for preventive experiment, on day 9 and 16 for extinction experiment
Result: Caused rapid tumor growth.
Shortened the survival period.
