Anti-PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (29E.2A3) is a kind of mouse IgG2b κ chimeric antibody inhibitor, targeting to human PD-L1/B7-H1. Anti-PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (29E.2A3) can block the binding of PD-1 to PD-L1. Anti-PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (29E.2A3) can be used for the research of infection, such as hepatitis C virus (HCV)^[1][2].

Anti-PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (29E.2A3) (10 mg/mL, 7 days) 与抗 CTLA-4 抗体共同作用，可增强来源于丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV) 感染样本肝内和外周淋巴细胞中 CD8 和 CD4 T 细胞产生肝内 HCV 特异性 IFN-γ 和 TNF-α 的能力^[2]。
Anti-PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (29E.2A3) (10 mg/mL, 7 days) 与抗 CTLA-4 抗体共同作用，可促进来源于丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV) 感染样本肝内 HCV 特异性 CD8 T 细胞扩增，并逆转肝内和外周淋巴细胞中 CD8 T 细胞功能障碍^[2]。
