Anti-Rat CD2 Antibody (OX-34) 

Anti-Rat CD2 Antibody (OX-34) is mouse-derived IgG2a κ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to rat CD2. Anti-Rat CD2 Antibody (OX-34) can block CD2 and inhibit the mixed lymphocyte reaction. Anti-Rat CD2 Antibody (OX-34) can be used for the researches of cancer, inflammation and immunology, such as RNK-16 tumor and arthritis^[1][2][3].

Anti-Rat CD2 Antibody (OX-34) (1 μg/mL) 在 RNK-16 肿瘤细胞中加入山羊 F (ab') 2 抗小鼠免疫球蛋白后，可迅速引起细胞内钙离子浓度 [Ca²⁺]i 升高^[1]。
Anti-Rat CD2 Antibody (OX-34) (1 μg per 10⁶ cells, 3 mins) 可阻止 RNK-16 肿瘤细胞对 YAC-1 肿瘤细胞产生反应时生成三磷酸肌醇 (InsP3)，并阻断 RNK-16 肿瘤细胞对 YAC-1 肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用^[1]。
Anti-Rat CD2 Antibody (OX-34) (1 μg/mL) (20 μg/mL, 90 h) 可抑制大鼠脾细胞中的混合淋巴细胞反应^[3]。
