Anti-Rat Kappa Immunoglobulin Light Chain Antibody (MAR 18.5) (100 或 200 μg，腹腔注射，单次剂量，注射 CD4/CD8 mAb 后 1 小时) 在 CD4/CD8 mAb 给药后可增强雌性 DBA/1 小鼠中 CD4+ 或 CD8+ T 细胞的耗竭[2]。

Dosage: 150 μg/mouse
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose, 48 h after injection of CD19/CD22/B220 mAb
Result: Significantly reduced the number of B cells.
Animal Model: Female DBA/1 mice (8-12 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 100 or 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose, 1 h after injection of CD4/CD8 mAb
Result: Significantly exhausted CD4+ or CD8+ T cells, reducing the proportion to below 5 %.
