Dibutyl phthalate-d₂₂  (Synonyms: 邻苯二甲酸二丁酯-d₂₂)

Dibutyl phthalate-d₂₂ is the deuterium labeled Dibutyl phthalate[1]. Dibutyl phthalate is a commonly used plasticizer commonly found in some food packaging materials, personal care products, and the coating of oral medications. May cause toxicity and adverse neurobehavioral effects[2][3][4].

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs^[1].
