Erzotabart  (Synonyms: 埃泽妥拜单抗; GEN3014)

Erzotabart is an IgG1-kappa, anti-CD38 (ADP-ribosyl cyclase 1, cyclic ADP-ribose hydrolase 1, cADPr hydrolase 1, cADPR1) Homo sapiens monoclonal antibody. Erzotabart shows antineoplastic activity^[1].

Erzotabart 靶向细胞表面糖蛋白 CD-38，并携带 E430G 突变。 Erzotabart 通过 Fc 片段的 E430G 突变促进抗体六聚体的形成，并表现出免疫调节和抗肿瘤活性^[2]。
Erzotabart 诱导补体依赖性细胞毒作用 (CDC)、抗体依赖性细胞毒作用 (ADCC)、抗体依赖性细胞吞噬作用 (ADCP)、吞噬作用，抑制 CD38 环化酶活性，并增加水解酶活性，EC₅₀ 分别为 0.044 µg/mL、0.29 ng/mL、2.719-5.779 ng/mL、8.79 ng/mL、0.419 µg/mL 和 0.335 µg/mL^[3]。

Goat Anti-Human IgG (Alexa Fluor 488) (HY-P83776) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue-Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001). Black-Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
