Acts upstream of or within several processes, including negative regulation of synaptic vesicle exocytosis; positive regulation of ERK1 and ERK2 cascade; and positive regulation of neuron projection development. Located in several cellular components, including cell junction; neuron projection; and plasma membrane. Part of guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor complex.
