Omalizumab  (Synonyms: 奥马珠单抗; Olizumab; rhuMab-E25)

Omalizumab is a recombinant, humanized, monoclonal antibody against human immunoglobulin E (IgE) with a K_D of 0.393 nM. Omalizumab binds to the human FcγRIIb receptors with a K_D of 6.37 uM. Omalizumab has the potential for persistent allergic asthma research^[1][2]. The component ratio of this product is Active ingredient : Excipients = 1:1.3-1:1.5.

Omalizumab (0.1、0.5、1.0、2.0 μg/mL) 对 B 细胞有直接作用，可以减少 IL-4 加抗 CD40 处理的 B 细胞培养物中存在的膜 IgE+ 细胞数量。Omalizumab 单独对活细胞数没有影响^[3]。
Omalizumab (1 μg/mL；3、7 天) 减少人 B 细胞中 IL-6 的分泌。
Omalizumab 不会诱导人 B 细胞凋亡^[3]。
