BDH1 蛋白, Human (His)

BDH1 Protein, Human (His) is a recombinant Human BDH1. BDH1 catalyzes the reversible reduction of acetoacetate (AcAc) to 3-hydroxybutyrate (3HB). BDH1 is the last enzyme of hepatic ketogenesis and the first enzyme of ketolysis^[1].

BDH1 在肝脏生酮过程中催化 AcAc 可逆、NADH 依赖性还原为 D-3-羟基正丁酸 (3HB)，并在肝外组织酮解过程中催化相反的反应。值得注意的是，BDH1 对 D-3-羟基丁酸具有对映选择性，而 D-3-羟基丁酸是生酮作用的唯一产物^[1]。
