BDH2 蛋白, Human (His)

BDH2 Protein, Human (His) expresses in E. coli with a His tag. BDH2 is a cytosolic-type 2-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and has a physiological role in the utilization of cytosolic ketone bodies, which can subsequently enter mitochondria and the tricarboxylic acid cycle^[1].

BDH2 是短链脱氢酶/还原酶家族成员，最初命名为 DHRS6。BDH2广泛表达于肾、小肠、口腔、乳腺等器官上皮细胞的细胞质中。BDH2 在人类癌症的发生和发病机制中发挥着关键作用^[2]。
