Cathepsin Z/CTSZ 蛋白, Human (HEK293, His)

Cathepsin X Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is a lysosomal cysteine protease, found predominantly in cells of monocyte/macrophage lineage.

组织蛋白酶 X 作为单羧基肽酶，相对于其他人类组织蛋白酶具有严格的位置和更窄的底物特异性。通过激活 β2 整合素受体 Mac-1 (CD11b/CD18) 活性组织蛋白酶 X，增强单核细胞/巨噬细胞对纤维蛋白原的粘附并调节吞噬作用。通过激活 Mac-1 受体，组织蛋白酶 X 还可以调节树突状细胞的成熟，这一过程对于适应性免疫的启动至关重要。组织蛋白酶 X 还激活另一种 β2 整联蛋白受体 LFA-1 (CD11a/CD18)，该受体参与 T 淋巴细胞的增殖。组织蛋白酶 X 对 α 和 γ 烯醇酶 C 端氨基酸的裂解消除了影响神经元细胞存活和神经突发生的神经营养活性。组织蛋白酶 X 是一种半胱氨酸羧肽酶，主要存在于免疫细胞中，调节其增殖、成熟、迁移和粘附^[1][2]。
