CTLA-4 Protein, Mouse (125a.a, HEK 293, His) is a recombinant CTLA-4 protein with a His-flag. CTLA-4 Protein is a single-pass type I membrane protein and belongs to the CD28 receptor family. CTLA-4 is a negative immune regulator constitutively expressed on Treg cells^[1][2].
