Human mastadenoviruses (HAdVs) are non-enveloped, double-stranded DNA viruses. Human adenovirus type 4 (HAdV-E4) is the only type in species Human mastadenovirus E (HAdV-E) thus far isolated from humans. HAdV-E4 infection is associated with acute respiratory disease[1][2]. HAdV-E fiber Protein (sf9, His) is the recombinant Virus-derived HAdV-E fiber protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of HAdV-E fiber Protein (sf9, His) is 425 a.a., with molecular weight of ~46.56 KDa.
