KLHL2 is a substrate-specific linker in the BCR E3 ubiquitin ligase complex that directs ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of targets such as NPTXR, WNK1, WNK3, and WNK4. KLHL2 is critical for cellular homeostasis and catalyzes NPTXR ubiquitination, emphasizing its role in targeted protein turnover. KLHL2 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived KLHL2 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag. The total length of KLHL2 Protein, Human (His) is 306 a.a., with molecular weight of ~63 KDa.
