MIP-1 alpha/CCL3 蛋白, Mouse (HEK293)

MIP-1 alpha/CCL3 Protein, Mouse (HEK293), an important chemokine, is a key regulator of immune microenvironment and primarily mediates the trafficking of immune cells in both inflammation and cancer. MIP-1 alpha/CCL3 Protein, Mouse (HEK293) is a recombinant mouse CCL3 (A24-A92) expressed by HEK293^[1].

CCL3也称为巨噬细胞炎症蛋白1-a，是CC亚家族的成员。众所周知，CCL3是由单核细胞/巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞以及嗜碱性粒细胞、肥大细胞、成纤维细胞和树突状细胞等免疫细胞产生的。同时，CCL3通过与其三种细胞表面受体（包括CCR1、CCR3和CCR5）结合发挥多种生物学效应。MIP-1a诱导白细胞趋化等多种促炎活性，并促进T细胞从血液循环进入炎症组织区域。趋化性CD4+细胞、CD8+细胞、自然杀伤细胞、树突状细胞等与相应受体结合，通过血管内皮细胞迁移来协调免疫反应位点免疫反应的发生。此外，MIP-1a 被认为是肉芽肿、哮喘、T1D 以及其他自身免疫性疾病的关键炎症介质^[1]。

The ED₅₀ is <100 ng/mL as measured by CHO-K1/Gα15/mCCR1 cells (human Gα15 and mouse CCR1 stably expressed in CHO-K1 cells).

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
