Measured by its ability to inhibit anti-CD3 antibody induced IL-2 secretion by Jurkat cells. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 2.166 μg/mL in the presence of 5 μg/mL anti-CD3, corresponding to a specific activity is 461.681 U/mg.
