TGF beta 1/TGFB1 Protein belongs to the TGF-β superfamily. TGF beta 1/TGFB1 Protein plays a key role in various physiological and pathological processes such as cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis, immune regulation, and extracellular matrix formation. TGF beta 1/TGFB1 Protein, Mouse/Rat (HEK293) is a recombinant TGF beta 1/TGFB1 Protein expressed by HEK293 without a tag^[1][2][3].

TGF beta 1/TGFB1 是一种多功能细胞因子。在免疫调节中，TGF beta 1/TGFB1 可抑制 T/B 细胞活化，诱导调节性 T 细胞分化，并促进巨噬细胞向抗炎表型极化。TGF beta 1/TGFB1 也可通过调控胶原蛋白合成与降解，影响细胞外基质稳态，过度激活时会导致肝、肺等器官纤维化。此外，TGF beta 1/TGFB1 也参与肿瘤的发生发展，早期抑制上皮细胞增殖，诱导细胞凋亡，发挥抑癌作用，晚期则通过促进上皮-间质转化、肿瘤血管生成和免疫逃逸推动肿瘤进展^[1][2][3]。

TGF beta 1/TGFB1 蛋白 (Mouse/Rat; 10 ng/mL; 48 h) 可用于建立纤维化细胞模型，其在大鼠髓核细胞中可激活 SMAD2/3 磷酸化，上调纤维化蛋白水平 (α-SMA 和 Col1a1)，并抑制 Acan 和 Col2a1水平^[4]。

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
