YWHAH 蛋白, Human (GST)

YWHAH protein, an adapter in diverse signaling pathways, recognizes phosphoserine or phosphothreonine motifs, modulating partner activity upon binding. It negatively regulates PDPK1 kinase activity and interacts with nuclear hormone receptors (AR, ESR1, ESR2, MC2R, NR3C1, NRIP1, PPARBP, THRA) and cofactors. Additionally, it interacts with phosphorylated ABL1, retaining it in the cytoplasm, and weakly with CDKN1B. Interactions involve ARHGEF28, CDK16, GAB2, KCNK18 (phosphorylation-dependent), SAMSN1, phosphorylated PDPK1, phosphorylated DAPK2, PI4KB, TBC1D22A, TBC1D22B, SLITRK1, and MEFV, highlighting its multifunctional role.
