SGF29-IN-1 (5 mg/kg，腹腔注射，两天一次共 35 天) 可抑制白血病发展，且对 CD45 小鼠没有明显毒性[1]。

Animal Model: MLL-AF9 xenograft CD45 mice[1]
Dosage: 5 mg/kg
Administration: i.p., every other day for 35 days
Result: Reduced percentage of 45.2 cells in peripheral blood and spleen. Improved survival rate of rats.
