Anti-CD4 Antibody (OKT-4) is a kind of mouse IgG2b κ chimeric antibody inhibitor, targeting to human CD4. Anti-CD4 Antibody (OKT-4) can deplete T cells. Anti-CD4 Antibody (OKT-4) can be used for the researches of cancer, infection and immunology, such as melanoma and adenovirus infection[1][2].

Anti-CD4 Antibody (OKT-4) (250 μg，腹腔注射，每两天一次) 可消耗 CD4 T 细胞，并减弱抗 PD-1 抗体在 负荷 MC38/YUMM2.1 肿瘤的 C57BL/6 小鼠中的抗肿瘤反应[1]。
Anti-CD4 Antibody (OKT-4) (100 μg，腹腔注射，连续 3 天每天一次) 可消耗 T 细胞，并降低腺病毒感染的人源化 HIS-A2/DR1 小鼠中的病毒清除[2]。

Animal Model: MC38/YUMM2.1 tumor f C57BL/6 mice[1]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, every 2 days
Result: Depleted CD4 T cells.
Diminished tumor decrease of anti-PD-1.
Animal Model: Adenovirus-infected humanized HIS-A2/DR1 mice (hematopoietic stem cells transplantation)[1]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, daily for 3 days
Result: Depleted T cells.
Abrogated the reduction of virus at day 10.
