Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at days 3, 10 and 18
Result: Depleted B220+ cells.
Almost completely abrogated lung metastases.
Animal Model: B16 tumor mice models[2]
Dosage: 300 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, three weeks before tumor inoculation and every 5 days thereafter
Result: Depleted B cells.
Accelerated tumor development.
Delayed or prevented tumor rejection.
