Anti-Mouse CD11a/LFA-1α Antibody (M17/4) promotes the formation of xenograft tumors by reducing immune rejection reactions. Anti-Mouse CD11a/LFA-1α Antibody (M17/4) can be used for researches on cancer, infection conditions and immunology such as glioblastoma, parasitic and bacterial infections. Anti-Mouse CD11a/LFA-1α Antibody (M17/4) (20 mg/kg，腹腔注射，在第 0、2、4 和 6 天) 与 CD40L 单克隆抗体 (HY-P990134) 和 CTLA4-Ig 联合促进 CD1 小鼠脑中的人胶质母细胞瘤 (GBM) 细胞的致瘤性[2]。

Animal Model: Plasmodium berghei ANKA sporozoites infected CB6F1 mice (6-12 weeks) or Listeria monocytogenes strains infected C57BL/6 mice (6-12 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 300 μg
Administration: Intravenous injection (i.v.), single dose, 3 hours before infection
Result: Significantly reduced Tem recruitment.
Decreased the ability to clear liver parasites.
Weakened the ability of liver bacteria clearance.
Animal Model: CD1 mice with an intracranial transplantation of GBM cells model[2]
Dosage: 20 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 0, 2, 4 and 6
Result: Promoted successful transplantation of human GBM cells into mouse brain and establish a patient derived xenograft (PDX) model.
