Anti-Mouse CD122/IL-2Rβ Antibody (TM-Beta 1) is a rat-derived IgG2b κ type antibody inhibito, targeting to mouse CD122/IL-2Rβ. Anti-Mouse CD122/IL-2Rβ Antibody (TM-Beta 1) can block IL-2 and IL-15. Anti-Mouse CD122/IL-2Rβ Antibody (TM-Beta 1) can deplete natural killer (NK) cells and NKT cells. Anti-Mouse CD122/IL-2Rβ Antibody (TM-Beta 1) can be used for the researches of cancer, infection, inflammation, immunology and metabolic disease, such as melanoma, experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) and diabetes[1][2][3][4].

Anti-Mouse CD122/IL-2Rβ Antibody (TM-Beta 1) (50 μg，腹腔注射，诱导前 1 天给药) 可阻断 IL-15，并加重 MOG 诱导的实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎 (EAE) 小鼠模型中 EAE 的严重程度[1]。
Anti-Mouse CD122/IL-2Rβ Antibody (TM-Beta 1) (200 μg，腹腔注射，从 5-15 周龄开始每周一次) 可降低非肥胖糖尿病模型小鼠中糖尿病的频率，并延迟疾病发作[2]。
Anti-Mouse CD122/IL-2Rβ Antibody (TM-Beta 1) (500 μg，腹腔注射，感染前及感染后 4 天给药) 可耗竭犬新孢子虫感染小鼠模型中的自然杀伤 (NK) 细胞和 NKT 细胞[3]。
Anti-Mouse CD122/IL-2Rβ Antibody (TM-Beta 1) (300 μg/mouse，腹腔注射，移植后第 6 天和第 7 天给药) 与抗 CD132 (HY-P990292) 联合时，可消除 OT-I 肿瘤浸润性 T 淋巴细胞在 Ptgs1/Ptgs2−/−BRAFV600E 黑色素瘤模型小鼠中的扩增优势[4]。

Animal Model: MOG-induced experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) mice models[1]
Dosage: 50 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, 1 day before induction
Result: Showed earlier initiation of EAE symptoms with high clinical scores from day 9 until day 40.
Reduced numbers of NK and CD8+CD122+ T cells.
Animal Model: Not obese diabetic mice models[2]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, weekly from 5-15 weeks of age
Result: Reduced NK cells from the spleen, pancreas and PLN.
Reduced CD8+ T cells in the pancreas.
Reduced CD8+CD122+ T cells in the spleen.
Abolished NK cell function but not T cell.
