Animal Model: CD45b congenic T cell-depleted bone marrow transplanted C57BL/6 mice[1]
Dosage: 500 μg, companied with 4G3 antibody
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, every other day for 5-6 weeks
Result: Reduced thymic T cells and B cells.
Reduced TCRγδ+ IEL, the CD8αα+ subset.
Animal Model: Cyclophosphamide-induced non-obese diabetic mice[1]
Dosage: 10 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at days 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14
Result: Prevented diabetes onset, hyperglycemia, and 385 destructive insulitis.
Reduced CD226+ B cells.
