Dosage: 450 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at days 4, 11,18 companied with Tyrp1 or gp100 DNA vaccine
Result: Revealed a significant reduction in tumor burden.
Showed a 2 fold increase in the CD8+T cell response against Tyrp1455-463 in the spleens depending on Fc receptor.
Localized rapidly and specifically to tumor nodules.
Enhanced infiltration of the tumor by CD8+ T cells.
