Anti-Mouse IL-6R Antibody (15A7) blocks IL-6 binding to IL-6Rα and inhibits both IL-6 classic and trans-signaling. Anti-Mouse IL-6R Antibody (15A7) can be used for the researches of cancer and inflammation, such as triple-negative breast cancer[1][2][3][4].

Anti-Mouse IL-6R Antibody (15A7) (2.5 mg/kg，静脉注射，每半周一次，共 3 周) 在三阴性乳腺癌小鼠模型中显示出抗肿瘤作用[2]。
Anti-Mouse IL-6R Antibody (15A7) (10 mg/kg，腹腔注射，在 IL-1α 注射 6 小时后) 可有效穿过母胎界面，恢复胎儿生长，并减轻 IL-1α 诱导炎症模型怀孕小鼠的胎儿炎症[3]。

Animal Model: Triple-negative breast cancer mice models[2]
Dosage: 2.5 mg/kg
Administration: Intravenously injection, semiweekly for 3 weeks
Result: Increased survival rate.
Inhibited postsurgical lung nodules metastasis.
Reduced CD163(+) M2 macrophage and Foxp3(+) Treg infiltration.
Animal Model: IL-1α-induced systemic inflammation mice models (pregnant)[3]
Dosage: 10 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, after 6 h of IL-1α injection
Result: Could be detected in the intraamniotic space.
Prevented the IL-1α-induced expression of Ccl3, Nlrp3, Il12a, and Lrg1 in the placenta.
Decreased TNF and IL-6 levels.
Prevented the IL-1α-driven dysregulation of Il1a, Il1b, Tnf, and Lrg1 in the foetal brain, P2rx7 in the foetal lung, and S100a9 in the foetal intestine.
Protected against IL-1α-induced foetal growth restriction.
Improved adverse neonatal outcomes induced by intra-amniotic IL-1α.
Restored IL-1α-induced neonatal gut immune-microbiome alterations.
Animal Model: T1033C2 plasmacytoma mice models[4]
Dosage: 0.5-3 mg
Administration: Subcutaneously injection, 24 h before T1033C2 injection
Result: Showed protection rate of 60%.
