Anti-Mouse NKG2D/CD314 Antibody (HMG2D) can be used for the researches of cancer, infection, inflammation and immunology, such as B16F10 tumor, colitis and L. major parasites and lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV) co-infection[1][2][3][4].

Anti-Mouse NKG2D/CD314 Antibody (HMG2D) (200 μg，腹腔注射，感染后 3 天给药，之后每周两次) 对感染利什曼原虫 (L. major parasites) 和淋巴细胞性脉络丛脑膜炎病毒 (LCMV) 的小鼠具有抗感染作用[1]。
Anti-Mouse NKG2D/CD314 Antibody (HMG2D) (250 μg，腹腔注射，每周两次，共 6 周) 与抗 CTLA-4 联合使用，可延长心脏移植小鼠的移植物存活时间，并减轻心脏移植血管病变程度[2]。
Anti-Mouse NKG2D/CD314 Antibody (HMG2D) (150 μg，腹腔注射，每周两次) 会阻碍达卡巴嗪 (HY-B0078) 对 B16F10 荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制作用[3]。
Anti-Mouse NKG2D/CD314 Antibody (HMG2D) (150 μg，腹腔注射，每周 3 次，共 7 周) 可预防 CD4+CD45RB high T 细胞转移的 SCID 小鼠发生结肠炎[4]。

Animal Model: L. major parasites and lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV) co-infected mice models[1]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, 3 days after infection and twice weekly thereafter
Result: Completely blocked the increase in ear thickness.
Showed visibly smaller with less ulceration.
Restored control of parasite burden and CD8 T cells.
Led to a partial restoration in monocyte infiltration and completely blocked the excessive infiltration of neutrophils.
Animal Model: Heart allograft mice models[2]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, twice weekly for 6 weeks, companied with anti-CTLA-4
Result: Prolonged cardiac allograft survival and attenuated cardiac allograft vasculopathy grade.
Attenuated leucocyte infiltration and alloantibody IgM and IgG production.
Inhibited IL-6 expression.
