Anti-Mouse RGMb Antibody (307.9D1) is a rat-derived IgG2a κ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to mouse RGMb. Anti-Mouse RGMb Antibody (307.9D1) blocks RGMb binding to PD-L2. Anti-Mouse RGMb Antibody (307.9D1) can be used for the researches of cancer inflammation and immunology, such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and graft versus-host disease (GVHD)[1][2][3][4].

Anti-Mouse RGMb Antibody (307.9D1) (100 μg,腹腔注射,在肿瘤植入后第 7、10、13、16 天给药) 可抑制 MC38 肿瘤小鼠模型中的肿瘤生长[1]
Anti-Mouse RGMb Antibody (307.9D1) (诱导前给 450 μg,诱导 2 天后给 200 μg,腹腔注射) 可抑制卵清蛋白诱导的呼吸道耐受小鼠模型中呼吸道耐受的形成,并增加 T 细胞增殖和 IL-4 的产生[2]
Anti-Mouse RGMb Antibody (307.9D1) (200 μg,腹腔注射,每 3 天一次,共 6 次) 在急性髓系白血病小鼠模型中与抗 PD1 和抗 TIM3 联合使用时,可适度延迟明显白血病的发作,并略微提高生存率[3]

Animal Model: MC38 tumor mice models[1]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at days 7, 10, 13, 16 post tumor implantation companied with anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1
Result: Attenuated tumor growth.
Increased CD8+ and CD4+ T cells and the CD8+ to Treg cell ratio.
Significantly increased TNF-α production by CD4+ T cells.
Animal Model: Ovalbumin-induced respiratory tolerance mice models[2]
Dosage: 450 μg before induction and 200 μg at 2 days after induction
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection
Result: Developed severe AHR upon rechallenge with OVA.
Had fewer OVA-responsive T cells.
Impaired T cell expansion to antigen.
Reduced the initial expansion of antigen-specific T cells.
Animal Model: Mice were injected with murine syngeneic DC/AML fusion cells[3]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, every 3 days for 6 times companied with anti-PD1 and anti-TIM3
Result: Modestly delayed the onset of demonstrable leukemia with mildly improved survival.
Animal Model: Mice were injected with human PMBC to create graft versus-host disease (GVHD)[4]
Dosage: 20 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at days -1, 3 and 7
Result: Markedly decreased immune destruction of small and large intestinal villi and ameliorated the GVHD histology score.
Decreased frequency of CD3+ T cells and IL-5, 17, 13, GM-CSF and IFN-γ.
