研究背景

DR5 是一种受体，能够与细胞毒性配体 TNFSF10/TRAIL 结合。通过适配分子 FADD 招募 caspase-8 至激活的受体，形成死亡诱导信号复合物 (DISC)，进而启动 caspase-8 的蛋白水解激活，引发后续 caspase 级联反应，介导细胞凋亡。此外，DR5 还能促进 NF-kappa-B 的激活，并在内质网应激诱导的细胞凋亡中发挥关键作用。
