Thioredoxin Antibody (YA5080) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to Thioredoxin.

Thioredoxin 是一种参与多种氧化还原反应的蛋白质，通过其活性中心二硫醇（dithiol）可逆氧化为二硫键（disulfide）并催化二硫醇-二硫键交换反应。它在靶蛋白半胱氨酸残基的可逆 S-亚硝基化（S-nitrosylation）中发挥作用，从而参与细胞内一氧化氮（NO）的响应过程，例如通过亚硝基化 CASP3 的活性位点 Cys 来抑制 caspase-3 活性（类似功能：ADF 可增强白细胞介素-2 受体 TAC 的表达）。此外，Thioredoxin 通过其氧化/还原状态诱导电离辐射（IR）细胞中 FOS/JUN AP-1 的 DNA 结合活性，并刺激 AP-1 的转录活性。
