UFD1L Antibody (YA4409) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2b monoclonal antibody, targeting to UFD1L.
研究背景

UFD1L 是泛素依赖性蛋白降解途径的关键组分，负责降解泛素融合蛋白。由 UFD1、VCP 和 NPLOC4 组成的三元复合物能够结合泛素化蛋白，并将错误折叠的蛋白质从内质网转运至细胞质，随后被蛋白酶体降解。该复合物还在有丝分裂末期调控纺锤体解聚，并参与封闭核膜的形成（By similar）。此外，UFD1L 通过与 VCP 和 NPLOC4 形成的复合物负调控 I 型干扰素的产生，该复合物结合 RIGI 并招募 RNF125，促进 RIGI 的泛素化和降解。
