Endoproteinase Lys-C is a protease that cleaves proteins on the C-terminal side of lysine residues and is commonly used for protein sequencing[1].

使用方法
可直接应用于蛋白质酶切，推荐的酶切比例为 1：50-1：200，37 ℃ 酶切过夜。

注意事项
1）本品最适的反应 pH 为 9.0-9.5，最适反应温度为 30-37 ℃，在 4 M 尿素或者 0.1% SDS 存在的情况下仍可保持较高的酶活性。
2）本品所含储存液为：20 mM Tris-HCl,pH=8.0。
3）请勿反复冻融。
