Is expressed in several structures, including central nervous system; dorsal root ganglion; genitourinary system; long bone epiphysis; and retina. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in Sotos syndrome; Sotos syndrome 1; acute myeloid leukemia; microcephaly; and neuroblastoma.
