PROTAC HBeAg degrader-1 is a PROTAC targeting degradation agent for HBeAg. PROTAC HBeAg degrader-1 recruits the VHL E3 ligase but degrades HBV protein HBeAg through VHL-independent mechanism. PROTAC HBeAg degrader-1 decreases levels of secreted and intracellular HBeAg. PROTAC HBeAg degrader-1 can be used for the research of hepatitis B virus (HBV)[1]. PROTAC HBeAg degrader-1 (Compound LH-3) (0.1-100 μM, 24 h) 以浓度依赖性方式降低 HEK293THiBiT-HBeAg-S 细胞中分泌型和细胞内 HBeAg 的水平[1]。

PROTAC HBeAg degrader-1 (10 μM, 24 h) 在 HEK293THiBiT-HBeAg-S 细胞中显示出 VHL 依赖性的 HBeAg 减少，而非 VHL 募集[1]。

PROTAC HBeAg degrader-1 (10 μM, 6 days) 导致 HepAD38 细胞中 HBcAg 显著降低[1]。

PROTAC HBeAg degrader-1 (10 μM, 24 h) 能有效减少 Huh7 细胞中 T109I HBV 引起的野生型 HBeAg[1]。
