The CD45 protein is a multifunctional member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family with heparan sulfate proteoglycan and heparin binding activity as well as protein tyrosine phosphatase activity. It plays a crucial role in lymphocyte differentiation, macromolecular metabolic processes, and signal transduction regulation. CD45 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived CD45 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag. The total length of CD45 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is 400 a.a., with molecular weight of ~130 kDa.

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
