描述

CBP2 is an interferon-induced guanylate-binding protein. GBP2 plays an important role in regulating cell proliferation and resisting pathogen infection. p53 can up-regulate GBP2 and play an important role in tumor development by inhibiting metalloproteinases MM9, NF-Kappa B and Rac proteins. GBP2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived GBP2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of GBP2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is 588 a.a., with molecular weight of ~62 kDa.
