Interleukin-21 receptor is a novel class I cytokine receptor that mediates its effects through the interaction with the common g chain (gc), making IL-21 the latest member of the family of gc cytokines, which includes IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9, IL-13, and IL-15. IL-21R Protein, Cynomolgus/Rhesus Macaque (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant Rhesus Macaque-derived IL-21R protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag. The total length of IL-21R Protein, Cynomolgus/Rhesus Macaque (HEK293, Fc) is 236 a.a., with molecular weight of ~52 KDa.
