UBA1 蛋白, Human (sf9, His-GST)

The UBA1 protein initiates ubiquitin conjugation, marking proteins for degradation in the ubiquitin-proteasome system. UBA1 Protein, Human (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant human-derived UBA1 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His, N-GST labeled tag.

Recombinant human UBA1 is a member of the ubiquitin activating (E1) enzyme family and is necessary for the first step of the enzyme cascade reaction. Subsequently, ubiquitin is coupled to ubiquitin coupling (E2) enzyme by forming a thioester bond. We used Recombinant human ubiquitin activating enzyme (UBA1) concentration of 48 μg/mL in this assay, the conditions should be optimized based on individual experiments.

Lyophilized from a 0.22 μm filtered solution of 50 mM Tris, 100 mM NaCl, pH 7.4, 10% Glycerol, 0.5 mM GSH or PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween 80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Note: For SPR assay, please replace the buffer. Primary amine components (e.g., Tris, imidazole) can affect protein-coupled chips.

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O.

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
